Commission Rates on Consignments:
• Items that sell for $100 or less: 20%
• Items that sell for $101 to $999: 15%
• Items that sell for $1000 and up: 10%
• 10% commission on the final bid of an item that doesn’t meet the consignor’s reserve.
No consignments accepted on the day of the auction.
Terms of sale: All items sell As Is, Where Is. Cash or check with proper ID, most major credit cards. Buyers premium 15%, 10% for cash or check. 6.25% Mass sales tax. Purchases must be removed from the grounds on the day of the sale. Auction company reserves the right to hold title and/or items until funds clear. Tax exempt buyers please present certificate when obtaining buyer’s number.
