How do your online auctions work?
Just go to https://raucherbrothersauctioneers.hibid.com/auctions/ and check out the photos & descriptions in the online catalog. If you see something you like register for the auction and place your bids! Bidding in our online auctions is typically open for a week. Auction registration is free.
How long can I bid?
Right up to the last minute! When it’s time for the auction to close (see time & date above), lots close at one minute intervals. If you are on the site and logged in, you can pop in last minute bids. If someone bids during the one-minute “countdown to close” for a lot, the clock gets reset and the final minute starts again. If it looks like you might be outbid on a lot you want, you can pop in a new bid to regain the high bidder spot. Closings can be very exciting (and a lot of fun. You can bid during the week or join the bidding frenzy at the close on our website (raucherbrothersauctioneers.hibid.com/auctions/).
How do I know if I won or lost a lot?
The morning after the online auction ends, we’ll email you to let you know if you won or lost. If you are a winning bidder, we’ll also send you an invoice.
If I win, how do I get my stuff?
If you are a winning bidder, the email we send with your invoice will include all the information you need to pay for your items and either pick them up or arrange for shipping.
